Confetti Bomb - Seconds

Confetti Bomb - Seconds
Autoreply
DJ E Lean aka Confetti Bomb releases his debut for his own label Autoreply, with a very nice remix from Ibadan boss.

Autoreply is one of the labels that really excited me and cought my attention at first hear with it's fresh and really promising sound. Infact the first release came from Dan Curtin with a more secure and regular sructure but I would say, it was a good start to say "hello I am Here!" and now Autoreply is ready to voyeur it's ore.
You remember me saying some strict and pretentious words about some releases and labels from time to time and here it comes again; Autoreply is gonna be one of the best upcoming labels of 2009. Although I think 2009 will be a very productive year for electronic music scene, Autoreply seems to sustain this new freshly hype for itself.

The second release comes from the label boss DJ E Lean aka Confetti Bomb. "Seconds" is about some detox sessions for beats and pads. "5 Seconds Detox" is a warning of what you are capable of hearing forthcomingly from the label. "20 Second Detox" is the first impressive track surrounding you with it's direct but unusual atmosphere. Confetti Bomb does something really old school and yet new school. This is the thing I would like to hear. Getting some usual, regular elements and creating something brand new and inspiring. A straight forward, uplifting track with a lot of fun inside. Confetti Bomb prooves his know how earned while working on a respected record shop for many years and also performing live till the 90's.

His skills are very high compared to the newbees around, excited releasing stuff on well known labels with all those patches and plug-ings. This is quality electronic music. And do you still need some more proofs? So lend an ear to "10 Second Detox"s Jerome Sydenham remix. This is the hit track of the EP. The headliner track for most of the cases. Ibadan breeze over Autoreply, e very nice and neat deep techno effort. Worth to buy and praise. I really love this EP. And the closing track "Detox" is a very good German style experimental shutdown. You have lots of reasons for digging deep on this label. One more tip, the next gem gonna be from The Jug featuring Mark Henning, and yes, cool cat again!
