Two tracker EP builds Quenum's essential style again under rare techno groove and tribal madness. He is in my opinion one of the most important producers ever existed in techno music history. He was born to produce ultimate techno tracks and to create frontier labels which wil guide other artists. His "Cargo" EP is no different. The name track "Cargo" continues his weird tech funk within rolling grooves and carefully selected samples 'in da place'. Second track "Oudiah" which is in fact the name of the port city where Quenum's anchestor's are from. This is a real tribal experience in terms of minimal techno. Quenum bulds up his temple of mood and atmospheres upon African drum patterns. A very ggod debut, a very good label. Hello Clapper!
