Snork Enterprises is the base for German style industrial minimal techno with a real funk and micro aesthetic. We can name it as a mixture of the old style Mosquito techno blended with industrial hard techno and polished with a Force Inc. plaid.

Their products are usually very weird and unconventional and they all seem to have the most interested funk you could get in a minimal track. Label boss  Christian Schachta aka Syntax Error is the master in this kind of business and with his new EP 'Mental Abyss' he really manages to fulfill his weird funk with a bass heavy groove and a real mood. His other labels Feinwerk and the new sister Relax2000 all keep on releasing very interesting and good music.

This EP is one of the best in the label's discography. Two track EP keeps up the label's weirdness and uniqueness in a way that no other label will even try to compete or beat. They are doing a very different and unconventional music if you are considering the current trends and hypes. But this is the thing that keeps labels underground, independent and unique. That's why I love Snork Enterprises and Syntax Error.

'Norflop Poseidon' is one of the best tracks Syntax Error ever did. also this is very minimal and less industrial compated to the recent productions. We still hear machinery sampling but less noise. Very well organized funky rhyme. 'Oceanic Amcom' is better than any exact definition which tries to define this label's sound. Yeah this is it! No more words needed. Take a listen and you will love it, if you are a real techno pervet. We do!
