Havantepe is İsmail Genç, already a name for the dubby sounscapes either they are techno or ambient. He is on behalf of the Sublime Porte union, a net label project soon to be heard by the most of the top notchs around the electronic music scene. They are already been supported by the foremost dub techno produers around the world and they are in fact the hard working people who really try to keep things intimate and high-end on their side.

All the people in the crew are fond of their sounds and equipments. All Sublime Porte releases are being mastered by professional hands. And the best thing about is all releases are under creative commons liscense, in other words they are for free! So go grab it now! Giving away their top quality music for free and try being true to their sound, I think they really need more and more praise than they have gotten already.

Havantepe's latest project Derivate is the hommage to break beated dub. I won't call it a 'dubstep' thing cause it is not! This is more than a hype, more than a vibe, this is a principle or a vision. The dubbed break beats in perfect shape. They are also being polished under Beto Narme's talented hands and become real dubstep gems.

Beto Narme is also a talented person among the Sublime Porte crew and you must listen to his latest podcast at Sublime Porte. He was the partner of Kez YM the talented Japanese house producer in RBMA 2007 Toronto and he is gonna release huge dubstep tunes in the forthcoming year.
